1. Familiar with the company's internal business processes, and coordinate internal resources to support the project operation.
2. Engage in communication with strategic partners to promote the development and maintenance of important projects and cooperative relations.
3. Fully understand the technical characteristics and operational process of the product. Be capable of delivering professional product and operation introductions.
4. Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of domestic and foreign medical device products and related technologies as required.
5. Assist in the negotiating, introducing, following up on, and maintaining of new projects.
 

1. Master's degree or above in mechanical engineering, materials science, biomedicine or other related fields.
2. 5-8 years' experience in researching and developing of the intervention-type products. Be able to grasp technical development trends and business development trends,and be familiarity with the key industry technologies.
3. Fluent English language skills for effective communication.
4. Be familiar with  the research & development processe, structures, performance and mechanisms of medical devices.
5. Strong analytical, judgment, innovation, organization and coordination abilities, and communication skill.
6. Have a strong sense of overall perspective. Work carefully with strong organization.
