Our self-developed transcatheter mitral valve replacement system, JensRelive, is designed for the treatment of patients with severe mitral regurgitation and can replace dysfunctional primary mitral valves without undergoing routine thoracotomy surgery. JensRelive consists of an artificial mitral valve, a delivery catheter system, and a loading system. JensRelive adopts a unique anchoring design that helps secure while preventing displacement. In addition, JensRelive also has both recyclable and adjustable bending functions, which is expected to improve the accuracy and stability of valve positioning during placement.
